Armenia and Eurasian Economic Union draft membership agreement

The Eurasian Economic Commission has drafted an agreement concerning Armenia's membership in the body. The document has already been submitted to the Armenian government as well as to the government of the body's member-states, Armenian Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan informs. 

The official didn't specify when the agreement may be signed.
