Artashes Geghamyan, the head of the Armenian delegation to the OSCE PA, has thanked Azerbaijan for hosting the 23rd session of the Assembly in Baku, 1news.az reports.
In his words, security in the OSCE region depended on the chances of the G8 and the G20 finding common grounds. The delegate encouraged the idea of a multi-polar world.
