Rasmussen: no one wants a "new Cold War" The NATO Secretary General, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, commenting on the divergence of positions of Russia and the West on the Ukrainian crisis, has said after a meeting with Chancellor Angela Merkel that no one was interested in a new division of Europe.The current situation, he said, "threatens the security and peace that has been achieved since the fall of the Berlin Wall."
