An Ingush ex-minister for agriculture and food, his deputy and chief accountant are suspected of stealing 65 million rubles from the federal budget, RIA Novosti reports.
The sum was granted to the Ingush Agriculture Ministry in 2012 within the framework of the state program for agricultural development. It was transferred to accounts of fake individuals acting as officials of insurance companies.
