Dagestani Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov discussed counter-terrorism efforts of the republic at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, RIA Novosti reports.
He noted that terrorists lacked the social support they had had when Abdulatipov became the republic’s leader in January 2013. The parliament of Dagestan voted for Abdulatipov in September 2013.
