Acting head of Tatar council in Crimea suspected of stoking interethnic tensions

Acting Head of Kabardino-Balkaria Yuri Kokov said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin that security in Kabardino-Balkaria was improving and that extremist and terrorist activity was falling, RIA Novosti reports.He added that joint efforts with executives, police, special services, prosecutors and the public helped to weaken terrorists.
