Makhachkala ex-Mayor Saeed Amirov has been found guilty by the North Caucasus District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don for planning a terrorist attack, ITAR-TASS reports.
The ex-mayor was detained in June 2013. He is charged with trafficking weapons and the murder of Acting Investigation Chief of the Sovetsky District of Makhachkala, Arsen Gajibekov, on December 14th 2011. Amirov denies the accusations.
