U.S. secretary of state to attend Iranian nuclear talks in Vienna

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will attend the Iranian nuclear talks in Vienna on Sunday, invited by EU Chief Diplomat Catherine Ashton, said spokeswoman of the U.S. State Department Marie Harf, RIA Novosti reports.

Kerry arrived in Afghanistan last night to discuss disputes over the presidential elections.

Vienna is hosting the negotiations of Iran and the Group of Six (U.S., UK, France, Germany, Russia, China) on July 2-20. The process is being delayed as a result of Iranian-U.S. disagreements.
