Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said at the 23rd Slavic Bazaar ipat the Vitebsk International Art Festival that there was no ethnic war in Ukraine. He believes that certain politicians wanted to provoke fights between Russians, Belarusians and Ukrainians, ITAR-TASS reports.
Lukashenko noted that the festival was a guarantee of unity for the Slavic peoples.
