Turkish President Abdullah Gul has urged Israel to refrain from starting a ground operation in Gaza, Trend reports.
Israel blamed Hamas for the deaths of three Jewish teenagers. Their bodies were found near the West Bank of the River Jordan on July 12. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised new military operations in Gaza to avenge their deaths.
