Egypt has offered Palestine and Israel to send delegations to Cairo for direct negotiations, as stated in a ceasefire plan. Egypt urged the sides to cease fire in the Gaza Strip at 6.00am on Tuesday, RIA Novosti reports.
One of the points of the plan says that high-ranking delegations should visit Cairo for negotiations within 48 hours after fulfilling the peace initiative.
