Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Davutoglu has discussed
Armenian-Turkish protocols with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton,
Trend reports, citing CNN Turk.
Davutoglu said that he hopes that the protocols will be ratified after
a peace deal on Nagorno-Karabakh between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
On October 10, 2009 the ministers of foreign affairs of Turkey and
Armenia signed protocols on normalizing relations between Turkey and
Armenia. They have not been ratified yet.
