Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered his condolences to the families of the victims of today's catastrophe in the Moscow metro, RIA Novosti reports Tuesday night.
According to the latest data, 20 people died and over 130 were inоured as a result of the accident on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line this morning.
