Russia's Leningrad Region and Azerbaijan to sign cooperation agreement

Russia's Leningrad Region and Azerbaijan are set to sign a cooperation agreement. According to the document, the parties will be expected to enhance mutual ties in various fields, including culture and business. 

The issue was discussed today by Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko and Azerbaijan's Deputy Ambassador to Russia Gudsi Osmanov.
