Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree to organize a census in the Crimean Federal District in Q4 2014 for about 387 million rubles, RIA Novosti reports.Federal and regional executives were ordered to assist the Federal Statistical Agency in organizing the census. Soldiers of the Black Sea Fleet will be included in the census. The data will include age, gender, ethnic origin, language, citizenship, education, structure of home, economic and migration activeness, living conditions.
