Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko told his French counterpart François Hollande that the Ukrainian authorities can prove that the Malaysian jet was downed by the pro-Russian rebels who now control the Eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk, RIA Novosti reports.
The Ukrainian president underlines that the Ukrainian special services have records showing that the missile which hit the passenger plane was fired from territory controlled by the rebel forces.
According to President Poroshenko, the Ukrainian authorities can also prove that the missile complexes used to down the plane were delivered by Russia. Both video and audio records prove that Russia sends arms to the rebels, Petro Poroshenko says.
