EU foreign ministers will meet in Brussels today to discuss the Malaysian Boeing crash and new sanctions against Russia, ITAR-TASS reports.Deals on shipments of military equipment to Russia, including French Mistral helicopter carriers, may be scrapped.Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that sanctions would fail.EU countries demand Russia to use its influence among separatists to de-escalate the situation and start talks on realization of Poroshenko’s plan. According to the plan, separatists need to put down weapons before any talks can start.
