The Ukrainian parliament passed President Petro Poroshenko’s decree on partial mobilization. The document was sent to the parliament yesterday, receiving 232 votes (at least 226 were needed).
Andriy Parubiy, the head of the NSDS of Ukraine, said that the document was needed for rotating law enforcers in the eastern part of Ukraine and strengthening forces there.
Partial mobilization will continue for 45 days in all regions.
