Ostayeva named South Ossetian culture minister

South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov has dismissed Makharbeg Kokoyev as the acting culture minister and appointed Madina Ostayeva, an ex-assistant of the president, as the incumbent culture minister, Yuga.ru reports.
