Armavir Mayor Ruben Khlgatyan and two other men are being treated in the intensivecare ward of the Erebuni Medical Center after a mine explosion. The mayor has a skull fracture, brain haemorrhage and numerous facial injuries, Armenia Today reports.
The other two patients have minor injuries, concussions and fractures.
