EU to impose additional sanctions on Russia today

The European Union is expected to impose additional sanctions on Russia in response to the country's policy towards Ukraine today, Ekho Moskvy cites the EU foreign policy chief's office as saying Tuesday afternoon.

The move will follow the similar move recently made by the US. The United States has already imposed sanctions on several Russian enterprises, including oil-producing giant Rosneft and state-run Vneshekonombank.
