Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk said that Ukraine plans to pass sanctions against all Russians supporting terrorists and separatists in Ukraine, Interfax reports.
The Foreign Ministry, Ministry for Economy and financial structures of the Ukrainian government will form a special committee to impose the sanctions. Yatsenyuk warned that Ukraine will send a note on violation of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism by Moscow.
