Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan may meet in New York soon, US Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern said today, while commenting on increased tensions on the Azerbaijani-Armenian front line.
"The United States is a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group. The co-chairs hold multilateral meetings devoted to the Karabakh regularly. We hope the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet soon," the US envoy said.
