The Ukrainian authorities are ready to stop fire in Eastern Ukraine and hold talks with the rebels with international mediation, US Secretary of State John Kerry said in a statement.
"President Poroshenko has made it perfectly clear that the Ukrainian side is ready to stop fire now," the US official is quoted as saying by ITAR-TASS.
