10 new ships will join Russia’s Caspian Fleet this year. The Grachonok anti-sabotage motorboat joined in February. The Grad Sviyazhsk and Uglich small missile ships were successfully tested, RIA Dagestan reports.
The Veliky Ustyug small missile ship has arrived for tests in Makhachkala. It will join the fleet in December. Testing of the SBS-45 tugboat and the VTR-79 crane ship has been accomplished and they will join the fleet on August 1.
Rescue ships RVK-933, RVK-946 and RVK-1045 will enter the Caspian Sea for testing.
