Turkey to launch three satellites

Turkey plans to launch the Türksat 5А and Türksat 6А satellites. It also plans to launch Türksat 3A in 2019.Turkey launched the Türksat 4B satellite from Baikonur (Kazakhstan) on February 14. It was built by Mitsubishi Electric and sent to Turkey on January 8, 2014. Minister for Transportation, Maritime and Communications Lutfi Elvan attended the launch.The first Turkish intelligence satellite RASAR was launched in 2011. The second satellite Göktürk-2 was launched from Jiuguan (China0 on December 18, 2012.
