Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has called for the establishment of a new energy system in Europe. According to the head of the Ukrainian cabinet, the US and EU cannot only help Ukraine to modernize its gas-delivering system, but also establish a new "energy map of Europe and the whole world," Yatsenyuk is quoted as saying

The prime minister also believes that taxes imposed on Ukrainian oil and gas companies should be increased.
"Oil and gas companies should share their wealth with the state. All energy companies should pay higher taxes," he said.
