Turkish Vice Prime Minister Amrullah Isler predicts that less than 50% of voters abroad will cast votes at the upcoming presidential polls because such polls will be organized for the first time.Isler noted that all the necessary conditions for Turks living abroad were created, yet less than 10% registered on the website of the Central Electoral Commission.Yesterday was the first day of presidential polls for Turks abroad.
