Russia hopes UN International Court won't examine Georgian complaint

The Russian authorities hope that the legal action brought against Russia by Georgia to the UN International Court in the Hague will not be examined by the Court, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated in Moscow, RIA Novosti reports.
Georgia accuses Russia of being in violation of the Convention on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
At the moment the Court is deciding if the action comes under its jurisdiction.
