Andriy Parubiy, the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, has resigned and assured that he will continue helping voluntary battalions, ITAR-TASS reports.He has been the secretary since February 27, 2014. He was in charge of Euromaiden self-defense since November 2013. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko accepted Parubiy’s resignation. Poroshenko’s spokesman Svyatoslav Tsegolko said that Parubiy will stay in the president’s team.
