Akhmed Zakayev, who is wanted in Russia for participation in terrorist acts, has arrived in Poland, the TV channel Rossiya-1 reports. The Polish authorities have not commented on the news yet, Interfax reports.
The Russian authorities have stated that if Zakayev is in Poland they will request that he be extradited.
