Russian agricultural companies to boost production as cabinet bans EU and US imports

Russian agricultural companies are going to increase production of fruit, vegetables and meat after the Russian government decided to ban food imports from the US, the EU, Canada, Australia and Norway in response to economic sanctions imposed on Russia.

However the companies stress that in such a case they will need additional government investment.
