An Armenian officer who was filmed beating soldiers in a video posted
in You Tube has been arrested, News Armenia reports, citing the
'Aykakan Zhamanak' newspaper.
The officer's name has not yet been released. His rank is major.
Neither the military police nor the Armenian Defense Ministry have
confirmed the report.
