Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that another portion of humanitarian aid provided by the Hero of Russia Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov Regional Public Fund has arrived in Luhansk, ITAR-TASS reports.
The shipment includes medication to treat injured people.
The first portion of humanitarian aid arrived in the south-eastern part of Ukraine last week. 65 generators with an output of 50-60KW, medication, bandages, instruments and other equipment have been delivered.
