Presidents Vladimir Putin (Russia), Alexander Lukashenko (Belarus) and Nursultan Nazarbayev (Kazakhstan) have discussed settlement of the situation in Ukraine in a telephone conversation today, RIA Novosti reports.The presidents expressed a common concern about the grave humanitarian situation in the east of Ukraine. Putin said that Russia sent humanitarian aid in cooperation with the International Red Cross Committee and Ukrainian authorities.
