Russia's Astrakhan region honours Azerbaijani first lady

Russia's southern region of Astrakhan has decorated Azerbaijani first lady Mekhriban Aliyeva with the Astrakhan Service Order. The corresponding document has been signed by Astrakhan Governor Alexander Zhilkin. 

According to the regional authorities, Mekhriban Aliyeva has made a remarkable contribution to the development of the Azerbaijani-Russian ties.
