Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that chances that Iran and the Group of Six (five permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany) will reach an agreement on the nuclear program by November 24, 2014, were small, ITAR-TASS reports.Commenting on seven months of negotiations, Zarif said that the Group of Six was moving forward, although very cautiously. The sides failed to reach an agreement on July 20, mainly because of disagreements over the heavy-water reactor in Arak and the nuclear facility in Fordow. The negotiation process was extended until November 24.
