Georgian Prime Minister Irakly Garibashvili said on the anniversary of the Abkhaz conflict that Georgia wanted to wipe the slate clean for Abkhazia with account of its interests, News Georgia reports.The conflict started on August 14, 1992. it lasted 13 months and 13 days, resulting in hundreds of thousands of refugees, tens of thousands of casualties. Tbilisi lost control over Abkhazia.
