Self-proclaimed Republic of Donetsk introduces capital punishment

Ukraine's pro-Russian rebels in the self-proclaimed People's Republic of Donetsk have introduced capital punishment into the so-called republic's Criminal Code, 1news.az reports on Monday.

The decision has been made by the cabinet of ministers of the unrecognized republic.
