Abbas Habib, a spokesman of the Council of Syrian Tribes, said that Russia was offering to host an inter-Syrian conference in Moscow, as proposed by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, ITAR-TASS reports.The conference, according to Habib, could then move to Damascus, so that sheikhs of tribes could join it.He reminded that the Council had been formed to represent all Syrians.
