It's time for Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to be settled – UN representatives

The director general of the Kofi Annan Global Humanitarian Forum,
Walter Fust, supports the proposal to appoint a UN special
representative for the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, reports Trend.
During her visit to Baku, the ex-president of Latvia and UN
Secretary-General's envoy, Vaira Vike-Freiberga, said that a special
UN representative should be present in the settlement process.
