Valentine Nalivaychenko, the head of the Ukrainian Security Council, said that the Russian humanitarian convoy has invaded Ukraine and the drivers of the military trucks were in fact soldiers trained to use tanks and artillery, UNIAN reports.
Russia said that it saw no reasons for waiting until August 24 to deliver humanitarian aid to Luhansk and Donetsk.
