Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk accused Russia of stealing 300 kg of gold that were left in the Crimean branch of the Ukrainian governmental bank Oschadbank, world media report on Friday.
"There were 300 kg of gold in our governmental bank Oschadbank in Crimea. They just stole 300 kg of gold. There are some 4 billion gryvnas in the department of the National Bank of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. That is our money, " the head of the Ukrainian cabinet said in an interview.
The prime minister added that Kiev intends to sue Russia in response to all cases of loss of goods in Crimea. Ukraine's estimated damage is more than 1 trillion gryvnas, media inform.
