Iran refuses to let the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspect the military base in Parchin, the Islamic Republic's Minister of Defense Husein Dehgan is quoted as saying.
The IAEA believes there are nuclear facilities at the base. The body has been trying to visit the site since 2005.
