Armenia refuses to exchange prisoners with Azerbaijan

Armenia refuses to exchange prisoners with Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Ali Gasanov informs.

Azerbaijan suggested that Armenia exchange Shakhbaz Guliyev and Dilkham Askerov, who are accused by the Armenian authorities of espionage, as well as the dead body of Gasan Gasanov, for an Armenian family of five people and the corpse of Karen Petrosyan.
