Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is going to pay a visit to Russia on September 29th in order to attend the 4th Caspian Summit scheduled to be held in Astrakhan, RIA Novosti reports.
At the summit the leaders of Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan are going to discuss the unsettled legal status of the Caspian Sea.
