Russian President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russian leader and his Ukrainian counterpart Petro Poroshenko could meet in Minsk, RIA Novosti reports.The presidents may discuss the Ukrainian crisis, humanitarian aid, refugees and bilateral relations in the light of Ukraine’s signing the EU Association Agreement.
