Azerbaijani Minister for Communication and High Technologies Ali Abbasov met Russian Deputy Minister for Communications Rashid Ismailov. Abbasov noted that bilateral ties between the two states had been improving every year and said that they had potential for development of IT and investment, APA reports.
Ismailov promised to continue the positive progress. At the 29th session of the Commission for Regional Cooperation in Communications and Coordination of International Cooperation in Baku, Ismailov described ways to develop relations and investment activities.
