Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is meeting with EU Chief Diplomat Catherine Ashton in Minsk, RIA Novosti reports.
Poroshenko will meet with Presidents Vladimir Putin (Russia), Nursultan Nazarbayev (Kazakhstan) and Alexander Lukashenko (Belarus) to discuss settlement of the Ukraine crisis.
