The Heritage Party of Armenia plans to pass amendments to the law on military service to make children of authoritative figures, oligarchs and state authorities would serve in the Armed Forces, according to Ruben Akopyan of the party, News.am reports.
In his words, 80% of post-graduates were male and only few of them were actually engaged in research.
